1. Replacement Policy

We provide a hassle-free 14-day replacement guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Size Discrepancies: If the received item does not match the size ordered.
  • Company Errors: If the wrong product was shipped or the description does not match.
  • Product Defects: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Free Replacement:

In the above cases, replacements are free of charge. We will cover all shipping expenses.

Customer Errors:

If the replacement is required due to incorrect size selection or any other error made during the ordering process:

  • The customer will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply for refunds requested due to customer errors (e.g., wrong size selection or change of mind).
  • The restocking fee is not applicable for errors caused by Inhide.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom leather jackets).
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 14-day window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Kontakt: Email our customer service team at customerservice@inhidestore.com or use the Kontakt form on our website. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if applicable.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Versand: Ship the product back to the address provided.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Return the original item in its original condition within 14 days.
  • The cost of shipping for exchanges will depend on the reason for the exchange.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to customer errors (e.g., wrong size or preference) will be borne by the customer.
  • For company-related errors, we will cover all shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has entered the production phase.

  • Ensure that you double-check your size and preferences before placing an order.
  • Retain your order receipt and all related documentation until the process is complete.
